Am I going crazy????

So Im 12weeks pregnant with twins and sometimes I swear I can feel them. Its not constant but can be really strong out of nowhere. Im gasy so I know gas but this doesn't feel like gas. Am I going crazy!?

I felt my 2nd early on. I am small so ick if that helped but it just felt like little taps inside my stomach and they just got harder and harder. Definitely wasn’t gas. I know what gas feels like.

It's absolutely possible to feel them at 12 weeks! I felt my second singelton at 12 weeks.
