We are on week three of dsycare and she naps horribly there so she’s so overtired when she gets home I try to get her to take a cat nap sometimes she won’t, so by like 630-640 she’ll like pass out eating but then she’ll wake up over and over like every 40-1 hour like three times before staying asleep for the night. Any advice? I don’t know if I should make her cio or how to make her not be so overtired at bed time. I can’t control how much she sleeps at dsycare. At home she takes great naps.
