Dye Stealer Question

Okay guys, I have a quick dye stealer question; I’m 5 weeks as of yesterday, and since I’ve been super anxious and my dr appt isn’t for another 2.5 weeks, I thought I’d take another test just to help reassure myself.

The good news is that I’m still pregnant! My question is, is a dye stealer like this common at 5 weeks? My first positive test was at 13DPO, and it was pretty dark already, and my second double-check test that afternoon was also dark.

Just checking! This is my first pregnancy, and since I’m overweight and over 30, and just generally an anxious person, I figured I’d check with you guys 😄
