Mucus Plug
Has anyone else slowly been loosing pieces of their mucus plug yet? I’m 29 weeks and third pregnancy. I’ve been having mild cramps in lower back. Not constant at all and last for maybe an hour or two before they die down. Just need some advice or experience stories.
