Who got pregnant naturally with MFI ?

My DH and I have been diagnosed with lower sperm counts. We have seen multiple doctors , fertility specialist and fertility urologist in the process . Our urologist said we do have a chance of conceiving naturally but if we want it “now” then better to use IVF. We are not ready for IVF , it has to be paid out of pocket and I want to try naturally more . What is your BFP story in this situation?

We are male factor (counts are usually around 6 million) and DOR over here. Conceived naturally 2x. First time is our 7 year old son - no complications. Second time took two years but we lost her halfway through the pregnancy. Since we had so much trouble conceiving the second time we opted to dive right into fertility treatments after the loss.

We struggle with male factor and low sperm count and the we were lucky to get pregnant twice on our own, none resulting in a live birth but I am hopeful. I don’t plan to give up. We have been on and off TTc’ing for almost 10 years. Depending on the issue, maybe talk to your doctor about putting your partner on clomid, especially if the struggles you have are having sperm count issues.

We have severe male factor infertility, we’ve been pregnant a few times naturally but all ended in miscarriage. I’ve done 14 medicated cycles, numerous ICIs and IUIs, with no luck. We were told IVF is only option 5 years ago but can not afford it as it’s all out of pocket, $20,000+ for one cycle. We have been with specialists for 6 years along with Urologists and have been able to raise husbands numbers enough to try IUIs, but like I stated, no luck.
