23 weeks pregnant. I twisted in bed last night and felt a sharp pain on my right side, this morning i woke up and it was still hurting. I showered, took Tylenol, and that seemed to help quite a bit. Around 11 it got bad again. It’s like a sharp pain when I move and it’s just on my right side, in line with my belly button and traveling down a bit. I called my doctor and left a message but haven’t heard back. Does it sound like round ligament pain or something more serious?
