Any tips for baby feet in ribs?

He isn't really kicking me, just pushing into my ribs and he does NOT care when I poke him to move lol. Any ideas for getting his feet out of there?

I found giving baby more space helped, whether that being walking and moving around, or standing on all four so belly was hanging 😅 when lying down I was making sure I stretched out my back and not being curled up. Sometimes I also just had to hold his foot away from my rib 😂

Nothing really helped me in this situation, other than laying on the side that he’s wedged up in

Get on your bed on all fours and get into downward dog position and rock back and fourth, you may look silly but it’s a bit relief from being jabbed in the ribs and gets the baby to move
