I just had to have an hcg and type and screen drawn due to some light spotting I am experiencing. I am 4 wk and 3 days and she thinks it is likely fine but wants some labs out of an abundance of caution. I work for the lab that will be doing the testing and while I know it needs done, I really wasn’t ready for my coworkers to know yet... I have 3 other coworkers who are also currently expecting july-September and my boss was just expressing to me how crazy it was and how she doesn’t know what we will do..

I know noone can say anything to me because of HIPAA but it just feels like my privacy has been invaded because my coworkers will all know already..
