Anxiety 4 wks pregnant
I realize I have major anxiety. At first it was anxiety about getting pregnant. Now that I am pregnant (just 4 wks) I am worried I’m going to have a chemical or miscarriage later on. This is my second baby. I carried my first with no issues at full term. I’m trying to meditate, exercise and just honestly forget about it. What are some ways you all handling the anxiety about your pregnancy?
