When you went to get an ultrasound n a vaginal ultrasound

So today I went for both ultrasound to c what is going on with my ovaries since I've been on the basic medication for almost a year with no luck  go back march 17th has anyone went for one and yes I get it can be numerous of things but what were your reasons I'm afraid it won't be good 😔

Yes. I’ve had vaginal and pelvic ultrasound. My reason was for pelvic pain. Found out I have uterine fibroids. Then had a laparoscopic surgery years after the vaginal ultrasound and found out I also have endometriosis. 
There can be so many reasons to have these ultrasounds done. I also found out once that I was just about to ovulate. Another, I had a thin uterine lining...
