Managing grown men is like parenting toddlers
Guys I swear to you my toddler is easier than some of these men I manage. I had to diffuse the PETTIEST email argument between two grown ass men who are likely both in their 50s whose drama rivals that of my toddler’s. And men think women are dramatic... 🙄 sheesh. Bless all of you who manage people in your job - who knew adults could be such a pain in the butt 😂
