Any idea what can help my baby’s eczema on his arm

We use cetaphil baby on both my boys, my oldest has it all over his body to the point it splits. We were using 3 different prescription strength creams 2 times a day for each of them. We started using the body wash & eczema cream, neither of them have any patches rn. 
Plus we really limited their dairy which also helped

Talk to your pediatrician. Our doctor prescribed a steroid cream for our older son (18m at the time) to use for no more than two weeks and we also apply a sensitive skin lotion that he recommended to his whole body after we get him out of the tub while he’s still damp and lock it all in with Vaseline. He’s a bit sticky before bed but his skin is a lot better.

Like other we have to use a steroid cream to manage the really bad stuff and then I use tubby todd all over ointment to keep it at bay once it’s controlled. It works so well, all three of my kids have had eczema.

Less frequent baths. Eczema lotion twice a day. Oatmeal baths. Breastmilk applied topically to the eczema. See a dermatologist. 
I had to schedule a dermatologist appointment for my baby. It’s not for 2 more weeks though.

Definitely looks like it will need a steroid cream to reduce the redness and blisters. I would also recommend getting an eczema ointment rather than a lotion. The ointments work better at locking moisture into the skin. 
My son has had severe eczema since he was 2 months old. We were dealing with breakouts every day now at almost 8 months, he has a slight rash very rarely and usually easily traceable to new food, grass exposure or change in temperature. I highly recommend deremeze ointment. It has worked great at healing and maintaining his skin.

I like aveeno baby eczema overnight cream. But you may need a steroid cream from your doctor to clear it up first.
