My breasts and nipples are really starting to hurt from all the feeding. I went back to a nipple shield on the right side because Twin A latched wrong and pretty much clamped down on the nipple HARD! It seems ok when I pump. Also I feel like they haven’t been able to get as much out of that breast and feel like they are not able to empty it out (even if I have both feed on that side.

I icees for a big and have been trying to message when I can.

Any thoughts or help.
