I was diagnosed with gestational hypertension at 30 weeks due to really high blood pressure.

I was taken off work immediately and I have to monitor my pressure 3 times a day. I also have a nonstress test twice a week and I’m not allowed to be alone.

My blood pressure still increases & decreases but I’m always worried because my doctor said I could have serious seizures that could be life threatening. They will induce me at 37 weeks, I’m currently 33 weeks.

Has anyone had gestational hypertension and had a successful pregnancy? No seizures? How long did you have issues after birth?
