Two sacs?

Is it just me or does anyone else see two gestational sacs? This was at about 8 weeks along but only measuring 7 weeks. 
I've had spotting daily the entire time with no real source but he does think there's a fibroid, so he's referring me to a specialist. But, I can't get over this sonogram. He didn't mention two sacs so what's the other dark spot?

Probably your bladder. The doctor would tell you if it were otherwise

The other black area appears to be outside of your uterus. Maybe a cyst, but likely your bladder or the glimpse of something else. Was this vaginal or abdominal? They would hve told you 100% if they even suspected two sacs 😊

By 7/8 weeks they should be able to see if you’re having one or more babies. Many of us having twins found out at around 6 weeks. I think it’s best to leave the interpretation of ultrasounds up to the experts, as it could be anything (a bleed, another organ, etc).

May be the fibroid they mentioned. I have had one for a long time and they discovered a second one at the start of this pregnancy. Now I know when they’re measuring them, except the second one is so big now I thought she was checking my right ovary. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
