What time of day do y’all test for ovulation?? Is it first morning urine

I was told not to do first morning urine. Do like 9-10 am urine lol. And it’s 1-2 times a day everyday

They say not first morning urine but honestly I never wake up early enough before work to pee twice, and I’m not taking my strips and cups with me to work lol. so I usually just do it in the AM when i wake up and in the evening when I get home from work. I’ve never missed my peak this way including if my peak happens in the morning. If you’re able to use second morning pee or pee after a two hour hold it’ll be more accurate but just do the best you can with your schedule

Anytime between like 10am-8pm I believe is when it’s best to test. I usually tested once that morning and then in the evening as well. You aren’t supposed to use fmu tho.
