So I’ve been on the birth control pill for about 8 months and it took awhile to get my period on track with my pills. I missed a week on my pack when on vacation in December and then started my new pack when I got home. I had my period in late January and only had sex with my boyfriend once right after my period and he left for military boot camp the next day.. I didn’t get my period on my (period week) of my piles but I’m still having cramps here and there and tender breasts. I’m only a few days late but could it be late because of stress and anxiety from my boyfriend leaving ? What could I do to induce my period ?
