Is it true that you shouldn’t have sex every night around ovulation 🤔 seems silly to me to not! But I’ll do whatever 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

The theory is too much sex = low quality sperm. Whereas if you have sex every second day, it has a chance to build up. Supposedly anyway 😂

Depends on the male, and the quality and count of his sperm. Remember that sperm can live in the vagina up to 5 days so every other day is fine either way.

I did the four days around ovulation and ended up conceiving 🤷🏻‍♀️ there was at least 24 hours between!

In all reality if you learn your body and study your cycle it only takes one time. If you are new to all of this stuff then once a day would probably be best. If you have a gaggle of children and seem to sneeze and get pregnant like myself then sometimes less is more. It really just depends on your situation.

Too much sex doesn’t really lower sperm count it just takes 24 hours or so for Sperm to be created again so more than once a day is too much. Once a day is fine. But I will tell you I’m on my 3rd pregnancy where we only BD one time per cycle

We've only conceived having lots of sex around ovulation. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The day of and the few days after suspected ovulation.
