I started my period yesterday after having methotrexate back in January. I double checked to make sure that the pregnancy test was negative and the bleeding was actually coming from my period. My hCG was at 2 at the beginning of February so I’m assuming right after that it went to zero. Normally I know my period is coming a couple days before hand because I’ll start cramping and then I’ll have cramps for a couple days at the beginning of my period.

I have not had any cramping at all since I started bleeding yesterday, could this be normal for a period after an ectopic?
