I started pumping on day 3 and I was able to get 12oz in the hospital the nurses were shocked and when I say my supply took off after that in one sitting I’d pump about 28+oz in 20 minutes my boobs would be so heavy and uncomfortable I’d be in almost tears some nights if I was to tired to pump, finally my boobs have regulated I pump every 4 -6 hours and get about 12oz each session which is so much easier on my body I already have a freezer full of milk
