Autistic toddler speech app?

Does anybody know if there’s a app where I could teach my 4 year old to use he’s still not really talking and he won’t learn sign language

And he’s so frustrated and upset that he starts to hit and kick me and destroy things, no discipline has really worked and I think he just need some other way to express wat he is feeling cuz he can tell us wen he wants to eat or if he wants to go outside he’ll just say outside

So I think having something he could communicate his emotions might help ?

And one more question how can I control his anger fits ? cuz I can’t hold him down , I can’t do time outs and I need some advice from other people who maybe has dealt with autistic children or has a autistic child
