How long was your second cycle off the pill?

Started my first natural period off the pill today and the last cycle was 44 days long!!!! Not sure I can cope with waiting that long again. If you had long cycles on your first month off the pill, was it shorter in the second month? How long until they regulated?

it took me over a year to get a normal cycle (periods were few and far between in the beginning). i was on the pill for over 10 years and had started as a teenager with an irregular cycle though.
i also know people who had a regular cycle within a month or two of coming off birth control. i think it's different for everyone.

Mine got longer and longer off the pill the first year. Up to 109 days.

Once I stopped the pill my cycles were around 30ish days. When my husband and I started the TTC process I actually tried the pink stork fertility tea just mainly to help regulate my hormones and it helped me get pregnant! I drank it the day my period ended until ovulation and then stopped 😊

Mine was normal immediately coming off the pill. It stayed within the 28-31 day range each cycle
