I have not started my period as I am not supposed to start for another week, but I have a ton of pregnancy symptoms. Such as, headaches, nausea, mild cramping in my abdomen, cravings and stuff like that. But my breasts are not tender and I got a negative test. But last night I had some brownish pink spotting. What could this mean?

EDIT: Just wanted to add my husband and I have been trying for the past 3-4 months. So everytime something happens that may feel like I’m pregnant I freak out a little lol.
