Does anyone else have others tell them “oh you should stop having kids after you get your pair” I’ve had multiple people tell me this (strangers and non-strangers)

I can’t fathom if they’re trying to be helpful or just annoying 😂 we have a baby boy already and are waiting to find out the gender of our second child until they’re born. (I’m 24 weeks along)

And we keep having others tell us “if it’s a girl you should stop there” I’m stuck wondering if it’s an insult or what’s so bad about wanting a big family? I don’t even continue conversing with people who make comments like that, I just laugh or nod and walk away.
