Did you experience leg cramps during pregnancy?

Curious to see how common leg cramps are. If you experienced them, what helped you keep them at bay?

Yup and now i take magnesium and they have not happen anymore . They were awful

Charlie horses are common during pregnancy. Usually due to lack of water intake. This pregnancy I didn’t get a single one which is pretty awesome but it’s also because I ate ice and drank water pretty much all day.

Ugh yes they were horrible! I didn’t even know what to do or think to google 🤦🏻‍♀️ so I lived with it since it was towards the end of my pregnancy. I think staying hydrated is the most important thing, but also look into and ask your dr about magnesium! I’ve heard that could help.
