Does anyone have a 14 month old that still doesn't sleep

Through.
I'm up normally every 3/3.5 hours 
The off 4/5 hours sleep
Bit sometimes even 1-3 hours

Mine did this until she was around 2. In the end I stopped going in unless she was actually upset. She would lie awake chatting and singing then eventually settle after a couple of hours. Hang in there!

I’m not in that position but do remember having to do quite a lot of research when my eldest was about that age as he would do the same (and I had a new born too).
From what I remember at that point it is habit rather than being needed.  When they enter a light part of the sleep cycle rather than settling themselves back down they fully wake up and then use you to resettle.
It’s so long ago that I don’t even remember how we stopped it (although both my two have been brilliant sleepers for years now, so it doesn’t go on forever!), but I would suggest googling and looking at self settling techniques.
