Im most likely pregnant but ... test isnt positive yet

I know they say you cant have symptoms before a bfp because implantation is what produces hcg and gives off all the symptoms.

But im about 8 dpo and am hungry and nauseous at times like the night time.

Test isnt positive yet but im pretty sure i am pregnnat.

Anyone have nausea before a bfp?
