I went to the doctor my bp was 138/85 they said its normal but high and was me to check it 4x a day to see how it’s doing. This is my 4th baby’s never experienced this I guess my age and weight is a factor. They said take baby aspirin once a day. Any of you ladies take it did it help? And when is the best time to take it? I’m nervous I knew someone that had it and it didn’t end well. I cut salt out and have been eatting high potassium foods. Any advice from for me ladies? Thank you
