Have any moms at 31 pregnant had cramps ? From baby stretching? And have had morning sickness come back ?

Yes!! I’m 31+2 and I’ve been in pain and having lots of pressure in my pelvis hips and lower back.. My nausea has returned and my acid reflux has been a thousand..🙄😩

33 weeks with major period like cramps. I always heard they were contractions. They are soooo painful! 😢

Yep same. Doctor said to really up my water and protein intake and to cut way back on carbs. I’ve noticed a small difference, but it’s still there to a small extent.

Yes me! I had nausea every day and cramping. Currently 32 weeks. Doc said it was normal because baby is growing to just watch out for bleeding, a lot of discharge, water breaking and for nausea if it’s accompanied by head aches, tummy aches and it worsens
