recently, i’ve freaked myself out by over analyzing my body, from sweets cravings (just cookie dough ice cream) and my boobs/nipples being tender. i did do a pregnancy test a week or two after my boyfriend and i had sex (we used no condom), but i am on birth control. i normally take my pill around 10:00 - 1:00 (mostly around 11:30 or 12). we had sex during those times and i immediately took it around 12. the pregnancy test came back negative but i can’t help, but doubt myself. my period does start in 10 days; so could that be the leading cause of my boobs/nipples are tender and my sweets cravings?
