I feel compelled to write this.

Dear moms,

your baby loves you. right now you feel alone, scared, worried. Guess who feels all those emotions with you? Your baby. guess who loves you no matter what you do? Your baby. Your baby knows how difficult it is right now, doing everything alone. Maybe you're not "alone" per se but there's no emotional support. I've learned that your baby is your best friend. They go everywhere with you. You're growing a human baby inside you!! You know how much that takes a toll on you? SIT on the couch! Watch that tv show! Screw anyone that tells you otherwise. Are they carrying a baby? That's what I thought. Your baby listens to your heartbeat and falls asleep to it. You know how cute and loving that is? Don't be hard on your self moms!! Be nice to your body, your mind, and your baby. They love you, no matter what.
