Almost 12 weeks with abdominal pressure? Just feeling weird? N back pain but no bleeding or cramping

Is it high on your waist? My doctor told me that’s a sign of high blood pressure and to watch out for those pains. Hope everything goes well!

I’ve been experiencing this. When I got my first ultrasound before I knew I was pregnant though the tech told me I had a lot of gas in my abdominal cavity. Haven’t had my first appointment with obgyn yet though. Mine is always on my left side specifically too. I think I’m going to monitor my blood pressure now as well. But either way if something feels off advocate for yourself and ask your doctor to look into. You can always ask for more.
