High levels of amniotic fluid?

Question

I'm 34 weeks and before today there were normal levels of fluid. Today the result was normal/high and OB said they were going to monitor. My question is what does it mean really? Has anyone had this? My OB was vague as hell.

My fluids were high starting at 34 weeks. At 37 weeks fluids his 31 AFI. And baby was breeched. 😭 
Then she flipped and I’ve been belly binding to help keep her in place. At 38 weeks my levels when down to 27. I’ll be induced Monday. 
There are complication that can occur if your levels get to high. Do you know how high yours were?

Basically they calculate yhe amount based on quadrants there's 4 upper right upper left over left lower right. They check 1 or 2 I don't remember they don't check all 4. And bc of that there can be more fluid in 1 quadrant than the others based on the position of the baby, if this continues they'll just do more ultrasounds and possibly Non stress tests. Just to make sure baby is OK. Too much fluid is not good for a few reasons. Bit as long as its not extreme don't worry at worst baby will be breech and they could offer an aversion or a c-section if baby doesn't turn. But you'll get to see baby via ultrasound more often
