Anyone else have high blood pressure before getting pregnant and dr want to induce before 40 weeks? I have been on labetalol the whole time (including for 2 years before I got pregnant) and my blood pressure has been great. At my 32 week appt I asked if everything continues to look good how long she'd let me go past 40 weeks and she said that she'd induce by 39 weeks because I'm on bp meds.

Anyone have similar stories?

I did get induced with my first at 40+4 due to increasing BP and swelling and protein in urine.
