I caught the flu

I caught the flu and I've been running a fever I'm the primary care for my one month old. I'm super worried that he's gonna get sick I just need to see how many people had the flu and their babies caught it. He's only a month old we've already dealt with him being sick when he was born I just feel like a horrible mother if he gets sick. Please give some advice
