Neighbors Smoking Weed

I live in a condo and my neighbor smokes weed almost daily. They usually smoke in their basement and it comes over to my side.

I personally don’t have anything against weed but I don’t want the odor in my house and I don’t want to breath in the 2nd hand smoke (I’m also pregnant).

My husband has texted them about this problem and also met with them to talk about it, it seemed to help at first but that didn’t last long.

Marijuana Is illegal in my state but it’s decriminalized so I’m not sure what to do. Any suggestions?
