Back pain/labor

I’ve been in prodromal labor for 3 days counting today and a little while while ago I started to get sharp back pain but it’s not super low like I’ve been described. It’s sort of the middle of my back but it’s terrible. Is this unrelated to labor? Could it just be back pain?

I noticed it’s started to move lower down my back but still not very low
