Does anyone drink coffee & pregnant

I’m 15 weeks 3 days ... is coffee totally shamed upon? I’m dyingggg for a Starbucks carmel iced coffee 😭

Girl have you that starbucks!!! I don’t remember the limit on daily caffeine intake during pregnancy BUT I always would google search the drink i was getting before to make sure it would be ok! Starbucks has all the info on their website:)

Just have a half caf or decaf instead of regular ;)

My doctor says one small cup of caffeinated coffee a day is fine. But she suggested drinking decaf if I missed the routine.

I did in the beginning, but once I hit 6 weeks, the nausea put me off of coffee. I haven't been able to touch it since.
Interestingly, I just read a study that links caffeine consumption during pregnancy to behavioral issues in children. Apparently, it could have more of an effect on fetal brain development than previously thought.
Having said that, moderation is key.

UGH I freaking wish I could, I get sick every single time I try..but I also still try some days & deal with the getting sick. Currently have a toddler under 2 at home & WFH so coffee is needed. Do not be ashamed to have your coffee - enjoy it!!!

Like someone said keep it under 200mm . You can have that much caffine daily. Without my morning coffee I don’t think ide be able to poo. Lol

I had caffeine every single day while pregnant.
I stayed under the 200mg of caffeine a day limit.
I don’t drink coffee but I drank caffeine powder mixes that go in water.
