9 weeks along... help!!

Hi, i am 9 weeks an 3 days along with my second pregnancy. The first pregnancy ended in miscarriage 4 weeks and 5 days along. Im cramping pretty badly to the point of my day stops because i need to lay down, i was never an active person. When i do lay down it feels like the head of my baby could pop out at any moment, like im going into labor but not in any pain during this specific feeling. I am cleaning alot more and kinda feel like its nesting? Also my mood swings are off the wall. Im not sure if i should see a doctor? I do not have an OBGYN since i recently moved. My mom says im fine but my sister is always hounding me "see a doctor if it doesnt feel right". I just dont wanna spend the money if its not urgent.
