So my son has a bad diaper rash, his whole butt is completely red & it hurts so bad that he will NOT allow me to wipe him without tears running down his face. My heart hurts for him so bad & he just wants to sit up & play but it bothers him. What is the best creams or ointments you recommend that will relive pain & help it clear up. He’s also going to be getting an epsom salt bath in the morning (I did it with my first son on rashes and it helped wonderfully) but I haven’t seen one this bad before so I’m doubling up on remedies.
