Miscarriage?

Not sure what’s going on but I know this doesn’t look right. Could this be a miscarriage? I got off my birth control pill this week and now I’ve started bleeding like this. I don’t have any money or insurance for a doctor. This tampon was in for 5 hours. I’m cramping and have felt very tired lately.

I should include that I decided to get off birth control because I felt extremely sick, was Nauseous all the time and just felt horrible! Since getting off I’ve felt so much better but now I’m bleeding like this.
