What time and for how long? How long do they sleep at night?

My daughter goes for a nap at 1ish for 1-2hrs. 
Sometimes she doesn't nap but just lays in bed reading, the day's she doesn't nap she becomes really grumpy by 5.
Bedtime is 7.30/8pm ish then she wakes 8-9am.

It’s a hit or miss with us. If I take him for a drive or a walk in the stroller during noon-1  ish he will crash. If we don’t do those things it’s usually a no nap day.

My LO only naps at daycare. We gave up trying to get her to nap at home around the time she turned 2. She does get kind of delirious around 6 pm on non-nap days.

Usually for 1.5 hours- sometimes a bit longer, sometimes shorter. He doesn’t nap at all maybe once a fortnight or so (and then is reeeally cranky in the evening)

Babygirl is 10/22/2020 and wakes around 8 naps at 12 for an hour or so then another nap at4 for an hour or so then bedtime varies if we have days outside with lots of activity she is down at 7:30 and in lazy chill days she goes down at 10

My son gets tired around 11 so is asleep between 11:30/12 for around 2+ hrs. 
He's definitely an early riser though.. on a good day will wake up around 6, but generally sometime after 5. But now the sun is starting to rise later he's started waking up a little later thank goodness 😳
