14dpo is this a line?

I’m worried as I’ve had a long cycle currently cd 80 and I’ve been feeling off all symptoms of pregnancy and around 6-8 days ago I was getting serious cramping and sharp pains ect which I’ve took as implantation as I’ve been getting a few faint lines on cheapies but this is the first I’ve seen what I think looks like a faint line..

Last I had sex was 14th-15th Feb and if that’s correct and I’ve conceived I’d be 14dpo today. Been having constipation, diarrhoea, nausea, acne, tender tummy and breasts, sensitive smell ect for the past week.
