How do I know if I have an ovarian cyst or round ligament pain?

I am 3 months pregnant and I have had pain near my left ovary for 2 weeks now. Now it's beginning on the right as well but not as much. The pain is sharp and slightly achy but comes and goes and doesn't bother me much when I'm walking or standing. Should I be concerned or is this normal?

Sounds like ligament stretching pain. I'd get it with every growth spurt, and at 3 months you usually get a spurt

A corpus luteum cyst in your ovary is perfectly normal.  It’s what maintains the pregnancy until the placenta develops.  I can feel them fairly intensely with all my pregnancies until about 8 weeks, then it fades away
