We found the home we love. My husband got pre approved. We got excited then everything got put on hold because of my income I have a gap. I’ve been manager at my place since November of 2020. I make great money and I’ll be getting a raise soon. The realtor sent us to another lender because of a situation like this and he has a high success rate. We filled out an application and sent everything in. Just waiting on a phone call tomorrow, but I’m just super nervous that my income will be the only thing stopping us... has anybody had any success from this kinda thing ?
