Anxious and unsure

So I discovered last night that I am pregnant again! I expected AF to come this weekend, but I’ve taken 2 tests so far and they both are BFP. I’m keeping it from my husband for a few more days because his bday is this weekend and I thought that would be a nice surprise. I decided to at least call my Obgyn office to schedule an ultrasound, and hopefully blood work. They scheduled me for the end of the month and didn’t ask me anything else. I was told by my ob the last time that when I get a BFP, I need to call and let them know so that they can at least start weekly blood work until the ultrasound at 8 weeks.

I know I’m extremely early (3 wks 4 days) but I’m already anxious about having another miscarriage. Should I try to find another OB, or just wait until the end of the month for the appointment and hope everything’s fine- along with probably taking weekly pregnancy tests just to double check.
