Preterm or something else ?

**update . Dr called and went in. I have gained 17 lbs since Jan 5th. She said she didn’t believe I gained that much and to come back Friday to recheck and have gestational diabetes test . My urine had ketones in it , she said I need to eat more. And she acted like she checked my cervix but didn’t ( my cervix is high and to the right even in labor, and she went straight in and I felt nothing ) and she said it was closed . She told me to go home and rest if contractions continue to call her and Friday we will recheck my weight and if it’s the same we will look into it more....

Lower back and lower belly constantly have been hurting since last night. Lots of pressure and swelling in vag he has dropped . Now contractions every 10 mins apart. Dr has not called me back I called her at exactly 2 hrs ago. Ughh
