Bleeding/spotting?

Anyone experience bleeding/spotting in their second trimester? Looking to hear other mama’s experiences. Everything looks great in ultrasound but still spot here & there. Getting extremely anxious about this

I've been bleeding since week 6 and I'm currently 15 weeks 4 days. I was diagnosed with a subchoronic hemorrhage and I'm going in for an other ultrasound to see if I also have placenta previa. I've never had any cramping with bleeding but I've passed 2 big clots and a few pea sized and smaller clots. Every ultrasound baby has been just fine and my doctor has had zero trouble finding the heartbeat with the doppler. How long has your spotting been going on and have you had any cramping with the spotting? Did your doctor check for placenta previa or put you on bed rest or anything?

I’ve been having spotting once a week every other week since 7 weeks. I’m 14 weeks now and had some more spotting 2 days ago. I’ve gone in a few times after it’s happened and each time the baby looks fine and they let me hear/see the heartbeat. I really hope and pray it stops. It’s so unnerving.

I’ve been bleeding on and off my entire pregnancy. I’m now 18+3. Increased bleeding last week, so my dr just put me on light duty at work. She says I’m at a higher risk for preterm labor with the bleeding in the second trimester. I’m a floor RN and do quite a bit of running around/lifting. No hemorrhage or anything. My placenta is anterior and not previa. Cervix is closed. They can’t tell me why I’m bleeding! 🤷🏻‍♀️😩 Def get checked out! Some women just bleed I guess? 😩😩😩

I JUST went to the dr for this today. 13 weeks today and was shocked with some heavy spotting yesterday out of the blue and cramps today. 
Everything was GOOD! Baby’s heart was beating, cervix was healthy, everything was great!

I have been bleeding for about a month now, almost every single day and every bathroom use. The doctor did find a subchronic hemmorage and said nothing to worry about and eventually it should just run out of blood (or something along those lines). Definitely has made it scary and hard to enjoy but I just say my baby today at 16 weeks and he’s absolutely fine :) hope that helps ease your mind
