Black poop in toddler?

My son just pooped this color black...should I be worried? He is 2 1/2

Cant really tell from the lighting but if it looks like coffee grounds it could be blood higher up in the GI tract. It’s probably nothing but call the doc just in case!

Did he have blackberries or blueberries? Any other dark foods? Iron supplements? 
They can all lead to dark stools. If not and it continues see the GP as the concern with dark stools is that there might be intestinal bleeding

Probably just whatever they ate, might not have agreed with them. Or something depending on the food poop will change to color of the food.
