So I take care of my 2 pre teen sons a good 90% of the time. I LITERALLY provide for them. Food, clothes, school supplies, things they want and need... etc...

Then there is my ex-husband of 5 yrs. Ever since the divorce, he can't seem to keep a stable ass job. He will work 2-3 months at a time... and then quit because of some BS reason......

I've moved on, married and currently 8 mos pregnant with another boy...

And so every year.... Ex, calls me up and asks to claim 1 or both our sons... and I tell him no. And every year it's an argument.....

Why should HE claim even 1 when he doesn't support HIS own children? He doesn't pay child support because he can't keep a job to save his life.. and when he does have a job, he doesn't give me any money for them... not even to pay for his sons $50 phone bill.

I've tried to help him get better jobs with much better pay but all he does is BS. Then gets these jobs he knows he won't last in.... so why bother helping him..

I bust my ass. I work hard to provide for my children. In my opinion, he has no right claiming them. 2 years ago, he threatened to never see his sons again because I told him he couldn't claim the boys. He stopped seeing them for about 3 weeks. And in all honestly, I wished he made it permanent. How dare he do that to his own children. But I left it up to the boys to decide.....

In any case he thinks he should be able to claim at least one of them because my husband and I both have stable jobs.

No. I provide for my boys. It's not my husband job. He is not their father. You are a 41 yr old man. And your sons are old enough to know who cares for them. Step up for once in your life.....
